Good Glamm Group is in talks with Bollywood star Twinkle Khanna to purchase a majority share in Tweak India’s digital content company. Tweak India’s Tier-1 customers will be used to help the media and beauty business grow in major cities.
ET Tech was told by an anonymous source that the deal is cash-plus-stock. Tweak India is the Tier 1 city with a higher audience than Good Media Co’s current digital media platforms. They will double their Tier 1 audience by acquiring a stake.

This will be Good Glamm Group’s eleventh acquisition if the deal goes through. According to Good Glamm Group’s website, it operates the beauty e-commerce platform MyGlamm as well as personal care brands such Organic Harvest and The Moms Co.
Darpan Sanghvi and Gill Saggi created the Good Glamm Group in Mumbai, with an initial focus of the beauty industry. Since then, the business has been divided into three divisions: Good Brands Co direct-to-customer brand operator, Good Media Co digital media company, and Good Creator Co influencer platform. Last year, the business received funding of around Rs 1,885 crore.
